In 2019, Valerie decided to take the entrepreneur path and founded Longview Leader Corporation.  The firm offers management consulting solutions and advisory services for Risk Management, Operational Due Diligence, Board of Directors Effectiveness, Fractional Leader Services, as well as, Organizational and Process Transformation.  The inspiration for the business name came from the countless lessons learned when Valerie and Kurt were growing up in their neighborhood called Longview Farms in Wilmington, Delaware.  In Longview Farms, they were encouraged by family and friends to experience and eagerly travel the leadership road ahead and help others achieve their goals.
