Longview Leader evaluated compliance activities for a money service business resulting in a successful vendor evaluation by their Payment Processing Provider. We worked with the Founder to collect documents and interpret requirements on the Payment Processing Provider’s questionnaire. The outcome was the questionnaire submission was completed in an expedited time frame, acceptance by the Payment Processing Provider so our client kept strategic growth on track. A national healthcare insurer had a leader promotion which created the need for an on-demand executive. A finance executive leader was needed to function as the liaison with external auditors for the year-end financial audit until a replacement was hired.
